Every order we receive with your assigned code will automatically be fulfilled to your participants - they can choose to pick up in store or we can ship it to them based on our regular delivery process. We will tally up the total raised on your behalf and send you the funds.

Do you help us promote the fundraiser?

Yes! Once you register we'll provide you with scripts, copy and images to help communicate the benefits of Mary's Muffins and the value of our partnership.

Is there a minimum order?

No order minimums are required.

Any limitations on what participants can order?

No limitations. If it's available on our website, it counts! It has to be ordered via the website to be tracked.

How are orders placed?

Your participants can place their orders on our website using the link you provide. No work on your end. Just send them the link.

Are you a nut free facility?

Unfortunately, while our products do not contain peanuts, we do process various tree nuts in our facility. Participants are encouraged to order carefully and not to bring our products into schools or environments where exposure may be a risk. Our products are never delivered to or picked up by participants at participating schools or organizations (we deliver directly to the participant or they pick up at our facility), which minimizes exposure.

What is the benefit/payout to the organization?

The payout to the school, club, team or charity is 15% to 20% depending on the total amount sold. If you make up to $2000 in sales it's 15%. If you sell up to $5000 it's 18% on the full amount. And if your surpass $5000 in sales the payout is 20% on the total amount sold. 

When do we receive our funds?

All funds are paid out within 2 weeks of the conclusion of the campaign. This gives us enough time to handle order changes, refund requests or delivery issues so we can provide an accurate payout.

How often or for how long can we run a campaign?

Each campaign is limited to a maximum of 6 weeks in duration. You can run up to three campaigns per year per organization. You do not need a separate account for each campaign. Just email us when you're ready to relaunch and we will reactivate your existing account.
