DELIVERY POLICY

NEW SHIPPING SERVICES AND RATES - EFFECTIVE JULY 5, 2026

TORONTO, HALTON, PEEL, YORK, DURHAM, HAMILTON, KITCHENER, WATERLOO, CAMBRIDGE AND GUELPH

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (excluding holidays) for orders placed by 9 pm the evening before.

  • Free delivery for orders over $75, and for first time customers with a promo code (minimum order value for promo code is $45; some exclusions apply).
  • A standard delivery rate of $15 for your region is applied to orders under $75.
  • A FROZEN DELIVERY OPTION is available on Thursdays/Fridays each week for orders placed by 12 pm on Tuesdays. Frozen shipping rates:
    • $35 for orders under $120
    • $22 for orders between $120-$150
    • Free for orders above $150

SOUTHERN, CENTRAL AND EASTERN ONTARIO 

Tuesdays and Thursdays for orders placed by 7 am the day before.

  • Free delivery for orders over $75, and for first time customers with a promo code (minimum order value for promo code is $45; some exclusions apply).
  • A standard delivery rate of $20 for your region is applied to orders under $75.

NORTHERN ONTARIO

  • A standard delivery rate of $30 for your region is applied to orders under $120.
  • Your rate is displayed once you enter your address at checkout. 


GENERAL TERMS

    ALL BAKED GOODS ARE DELIVERED READY TO EAT OR FREEZE (they are already baked!). Products may arrive cold, ambient and/or packed in insulation. They can be stored frozen and will be just as fresh when thawed.

    In the event of inclement or very hot weather, if you are unable to accept your package personally and your doorway is not protected from rain or snow, we ask that you please place a plastic bin or cooler outside your door in which your package can be placed. Please leave a note on the container instructing the driver to place the package inside.

    These delivery policies are subject to change without notice and/or in the event of inclement weather. Please note we may be closed for delivery on statutory holidays, and other dates as may be communicated from time to time via our newsletter and social media pages, and your delivery will be made the next available date.
