DELIVERY POLICY

LOCAL AND REGIONAL DELIVERY

We offer weekday delivery on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (excluding holidays) of our baked goods and merchandise across the GTA (Toronto, Halton, Peel, York and Durham Regions), Hamilton, Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge areas. Some remote areas of these regions may be part of our extended routes below.

Regional delivery rates: 

  • Free delivery is available for orders over $75, and for first time customers with a promo code (minimum order value for promo code is $25; some exclusions apply).
  • A standard delivery rate for your region is applied to orders under $75.
  • Your rate is displayed once you enter your address at checkout.

EXTENDED SOUTHERN ONTARIO DELIVERY

We offer ONCE PER WEEK delivery of our baked goods and merchandise across Southern, Eastern and Central Ontario, including Windsor, London, Sarnia, Niagara, Muskoka, Barrie, Ottawa, Cornwall, Peterborough, Kingston and many areas in between. Deliveries are made on Thursdays or Fridays for orders received by 12 PM the Tuesday before. You'll be notified one day before your confirmed delivery day.

Extended Regional delivery rates: 

  • Free delivery is available for orders over $120, and for first time customers with a promo code (minimum order value for promo code is $25; some exclusions apply).
  • A discounted delivery rate is applied to orders between $75 and $120.
  • A standard delivery rate for your region is applied to orders under $75.
  • Your rate is displayed once you enter your address at checkout.

GENERAL TERMS

    ALL BAKED GOODS ARE DELIVERED READY TO EAT OR FREEZE (they are already baked!). Products may arrive cold, ambient and/or packed in insulation. They can be stored frozen and will be just as fresh when thawed.

    In the event of inclement or very hot weather, if you are unable to accept your package personally and your doorway is not protected from rain or snow, we ask that you please place a plastic bin or cooler outside your door in which your package can be placed. Please leave a note on the container instructing the driver to place the package inside.

    These delivery policies are subject to change without notice and/or in the event of inclement weather. Please note we may be closed for delivery on statutory holidays, and other dates as may be communicated from time to time via our newsletter and social media pages, and your delivery will be made the next available date.
