Space Rentals and On Site Catering

We are excited to offer our warm and inviting space for your next event.

Choose the package that best suits your needs or contact us for a custom party:

Option 1: Space Rental Only

Flat rate of $350 for 3 hours, including setup and cleanup time ($90/hour for additional time)

Space accommodates up to 25 guests

Hosts provide their own food and beverages

Ideal for DIY gatherings or intimate celebrations.


Option 2: Space + Preset Menu Per Person Minimum

No rental fee — instead, guests enjoy a curated menu of our handcrafted, wholesome baked goods and beverages

Includes up to 4 hours in our private venue (including setup and cleanup) and requires a minimum spend of $350

Choose from the following menu tiers:

Basic – $22/person

  • 1 handcrafted muffin or scone
  • 1 drip coffee, tea or juice 

Enhanced – $26/person

  • 2 handcrafted baked goods
  • 1 specialty beverage (e.g. latte, cappuccino, iced brew, sparkling water)

Premium – $32/person

  • 2 handcrafted baked goods
  • 1 specialty beverage
  • 1 small fruit cup or snack pot

Add-ons available: Extra baked good, non-alcoholic beverage, or snack pot starting at $5/person

Option 3: Complete Package

$795 flat rate (up to 25 guests). Includes: 

Event space rental for up to 4 hours, including setup and cleanup time

Two charcuterie boards featuring our savoury scones, house whipped butter, cured meats, cheeses, nuts, and fresh fruit

Unlimited coffee and tea

Additional charcuterie boards, fruit platters, beverages (juices, espresso drinks, bottles or sparkling water, etc.) and custom extras available at an extra charge.

A great value for baby showers, milestone events, or corporate socials.

 

Gratuity and Taxes 

Gratuity and taxes for all event options are extra.


Special Occasion Liquor Permit 

If alcohol will be served, we’ll help with the permit. Pricing depends on whether liquor is being sold:

  • $75 – alcohol is served but not sold (e.g. BYOB or open bar)
  • $175 – alcohol is sold, either directly (cash bar) or indirectly (ticketed/admission event)

Permits must be applied for at least 10 days prior to the event. Your event organizer will be listed on the permit and must remain at the event for the duration. The permit fee will be added to the total for your event.

Parking and Accessibility 

Our facility is fully accessible and we have free guest parking at our rear entrance.
