We believe that healthy doesn't have to come at a high price. You'll find our pricing reasonable, and our products high quality.

Pre-order now and we will deliver on your preferred delivery date (please specify in the order notes at checkout, 24 hours preparation time is required).

Delivery Limitation: Delivery is included within the Oakville zone. Please contact us for delivery rates outside Oakville. Pickup is also available.

Breakfast Boxes and Boards

Our breakfast boards include an array of muffins, scones, nuts, seeds, jams, house whipped butters, fruit and other items as may be requested.

Lunch Platters and Boxes

Our menu of delicious and filling sandwiches will leave your guests feeling full and satisfied. Offered in both individual boxes, or as a presentation-ready buffet. With options for all dietary needs, your group will feel nourished and ready to take on the rest of the afternoon! We will provide the plates, napkins and cutlery too.

Let us brew for you! We carry some of the finest tasting coffee Oakville has to offer. Locally roasted, responsibly sourced Brazilian coffee. Our tea is Numi Organic - the best tasting tea around.
